VN Check is a pioneering project to apply IoT, Big Data, AI and Blockchain technologies to the process of data collection, processing and encryption. In this article, we present the basic features of VN Check's data collection and processing process as follows:

Step 1: Make a production plan

The Director of the Enterprise / Production facility based on the proposal of the planning department to harvest (agricultural products, medicinal herbs) to deliver to customers. Specifically, this plan has been created according to the template and only the Director, the owner of the production facility is allowed to access the system with the highest authority to approve the plan and assign tasks to subordinates.

Step 2: Harvest, preliminary processing, cleaning

Team leader / Officer in charge of assigning work to each group / department to ensure that the harvest plan is carried out as planned. This work assignment will be done on the application. Agricultural products / medicinal herbs after being harvested will be put into preliminary processing and cleaning. When farmers / workers complete, they will report with pictures, the number of jobs on the VN Check Producers application. The image data will be processed by the AI system (artificial intelligence) to get the most honest photo and put it in the database for retrieval.

Step 3: Packing

Products after being cleaned / processed will be packaged according to specifications. At the end of the packing process, farmers/workers will stamp VN Check's Traceability stamp under the control of KCS department. The stamp will begin to be activated with an expiration date. This whole process can be done proactively with many types of businesses by manual, semi-automatic or automatic methods, ensuring the transparency of the packaging data.

Step 4: Preserve

Products after being packaged, activated shelf life must be put into storage in an ideal environment. In this part, we monitor the temperature and humidity of the storage area with specialized equipment, real-time monitoring to ensure the entire preservation process has no problems that affect the quality of product. Data is recorded in real time and encrypted using blockchain technology.

Step 5: Deploy by distribution channel

Based on orders, production plans and distribution plans, inventory handling... VN Check implements a distribution channel monitoring process on the VN Check Business application to ensure that there are no steps in the process which distribution is ignored. At each delivery point, the members of the distribution chain instead of having to record delivery data, the system will manage according to the QR code for each order. We make available QR codes for distribution units to facilitate the delivery process. Customers, whenever receiving products from distribution channels, will also receive information about products of VN Check Traceability traceability application. You can fully know the information about varieties, tillage process, water treatment, production and pest treatment process, harvesting, packaging and storage process... before coming to your hand.
