We often become complacent  /kəmˈpleɪ.sənt/ ( trái nghĩa với vigilant cảnh giác) because we trust well-known brands. Let's say you accidentally purchase a product of unknown origin or a counterfeit product from a reputable brand. What would you do?

The first thing you should definitely do is to unwrap the product. Sometimes, even you yourself may not know whether it's genuine or fake, right? Millions of consumers are still falling into that trap, consuming contaminated, expired, or untraceable food every day. Below are some figures to prove this fact:

"According to GLOBOCAN, in Vietnam, the incidence rate has increased by 9 ranks (ranked 90th out of 185 countries), and the cancer mortality /mɔːrˈtæl.ə.t̬i/ rate has increased by 6 ranks (ranked 50th out of 185 countries) compared to the data recorded in 2018. • Nutritional factors: Nutrition plays a role in about 35% of the causes of cancer. Many types of cancer are related to nutrition, such as esophageal cancer, stomach cancer, liver cancer, colorectal cancer, nasopharyngeal cancer, breast cancer, and endocrine-related cancers.
• Occupational factors: When working in occupational environments, humans are exposed to both ionizing radiation and viruses, but the most important carcinogens in professions are the chemicals used. It is estimated that this group of causes accounts for about 2 to 8% of cancers depending on each industrial area
