Official Completion of Phase 1 of the Project - Entering Phase 2 - Realizing the Dream for Vietnamese Agriculture
On March 29, 2025, at the headquarters of Global Digitalization and Technology Joint Stock Company, a ceremony was held to present the business valuation certificate and sign a cooperation agreement with FinSky, marking the beginning of Phase 2 - Pre-Seed of VN Check. This phase involves offering a maximum of 10% of the company's common shares under the program named GDAT STO 2025.
The event was witnessed by 28 delegates and guests from various partner organizations, customers, and investors. The warm yet slightly chilly atmosphere of Hanoi in March set the stage for the presentation of the five-year startup journey by Mr. Mai Quang Thịnh, Founder, Chairman of the Board, and CEO of Global Digitalization and Technology JSC. His presentation highlighted the company's vision, mission, and core values. With a dream of preserving national resources through data digitization in the agriculture, forestry, and fisheries sectors, VN Check has successfully developed its foundational Layer 1, which includes a QR code generation module and product traceability on the Blockchain. The next step for VN Check is to build Layer 2, integrating the Internet of Things (IoT) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) into the processes of production, processing, packaging, transportation, and distribution of high-quality agricultural products, food, and pharmaceuticals, all within a complete and closed ecosystem.
According to the Economic and Social Impact Report by Global Digitalization and Technology JSC dated March 17, 2025, if implemented in alignment with the company’s vision and mission, VN Check has the potential to save the country tens of billions of USD by combating counterfeit goods, preventing commercial fraud, and protecting public health. By applying and utilizing VN Check’s ecosystem of products and services, farmers can optimize production costs, cultivate more effectively, and enhance productivity for various plant and livestock species. Data on over 13,760 plant species (including 5,117 food and medicinal plants), 62,600 species of organisms, and 3,119 species of aquatic products will be digitized and encoded on the Blockchain platform. Mr. Mai Quang Thịnh concluded his presentation by calling for support from partners, customers, and investors to collaborate in preserving the valuable national assets and resources that VN Check has been working tirelessly to protect.
At this event, VN Check also officially launched its plan to develop an open IoT platform, a crucial tool for advancing digital and smart agriculture. This platform will ensure complete transparency in the origin of Vietnamese agricultural products, enabling them to confidently enter international markets. The presentation, delivered by Chief Engineer Nguyễn Văn Duẩn, provided an insightful and comprehensive analysis, giving partners and customers a clear overview of the IoT model that VN Check plans to implement.
The relentless efforts of the VN Check team have been duly recognized. In the presence of the Advisory Board, partners, customers, investors, and media representatives, the startup investment fund BestB - BestB Capital officially announced the valuation of Global Digitalization and Technology JSC at 73 billion VND, equivalent to 3 million USD, based on international valuation standards.
Ms. Nguyễn Thị Huế, Deputy CEO of BestB Capital, delivered a speech and presented the valuation certificate.
Alongside BestB Capital, the event also saw the participation of representatives from FinSky, a financial technology platform specializing in Initial Public Offerings (IPO) in Vietnam. They signed a cooperation agreement to list GDAT tokens on the FinSky platform.
The event was also attended by representatives from various media and business organizations, including Mr. Trần Anh Tuấn (Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Vietnam Handicraft Magazine), Mr. Nguyễn Ngọc Quỳnh (Saigon Entrepreneur Magazine), Ms. Nguyễn Thị Hồng Xuân (Chairwoman and CEO of Haru International Education JSC), Ms. Nguyễn Thị Nga (Chairwoman and CEO of WINENA Wine Company), Ms. Uyên Phạm (Corporate Client Manager at Nhân Hòa Software Company), Mr. Bùi Quang Hoàn (Director of the Human Resource Development Center - NIBELC GROUP), Mr. Vũ Thanh Lâm (Director of Multi-Law Firm - MLF), and Mr. Lê Văn Mạnh (Deputy CEO of NamViet Logistics JSC), among others.
The event concluded with a warm celebration, where fresh flower bouquets were presented to congratulate Global Digitalization and Technology JSC and Haru International Education JSC. As VN Check embarks on a new chapter, it continues to take firm steps toward realizing the dream of transforming Vietnamese agriculture.
