1 GENERAL POLICY
VNCheck.com sales website is operated and operated by Global Digitalization and Technology Joint Stock Company. The target audience is all customers in 63 provinces and cities in Vietnam who have a need to buy goods but do not have time to come to the company or book in advance so that when they come to the company, they are guaranteed to have the goods.
Products traded at VNCheck.com must fully meet the provisions of the law, do not sell counterfeit goods, goods of unknown origin.
Trading activities at VNCheck.com must be done openly and transparently, ensuring the interests of consumers.
2. GENERAL PROVISIONS
Sales Website Domain Name
Sales website VNCheck.com is owned and developed by Global Digitalization and Technology Joint Stock Company with the transaction domain name: VNCheck.com
General definition:
- The seller is the Global Digitalization and Technology Joint Stock Company
- Buyers are Vietnamese citizens across 63 provinces. The buyer has the right to register an account or not, need to register to make a transaction.
- Members include both the Buyer and the person who consults and discusses information on the website.
The content of this Regulation complies with the current regulations of Vietnam. When participating in the VNCheck.com sales website, members must find out for themselves, their legal responsibilities towards the current laws of Vietnam and commit to comply with the contents of this Regulation.
- Contributors are those who have learned information about the Seller's projects, products and services, agree and accept the regulations for the Collaborators, who are the connection between the Buyer and the Seller. In some cases, the Buyer may become an associate of the Seller.
3. PROVISIONS AND FORM OF PAYMENT
Buyers and sellers can refer to the following payment methods and choose to apply the appropriate method:
Option 1: Direct payment (Buyer receives the goods at the seller's address):
Step 1: Buyer learns information about products and services posted.
Step 2: Buyer comes to the sales address – Company office at No. 27, Lot 5, Xuan Phuong Residence, Nam Tu Liem District, Hanoi.
Step 3: Buyer pays in cash, domestic transfer and receives the goods.
Option 2: Pay later (COD – delivery and collection of money):
Step 1: Buyer learns information about products and services posted on the VNCheck.com website to place an order.
Step 2: Buyer places an order (directly on website, phone, text message, email).
Step 3: Seller confirms the Buyer information and order.
(Depending on the package of products and services, the Seller will require the Buyer to pay half or the entire value of the order).
Step 4: The seller transfers the goods.
Step 5: Buyer receives goods and pays in domestic cash (or bank transfer) to Seller (unpaid part).
Option 3: Payment by bank transfer:
Step 1: Buyer learns information about products and services posted.
Step 2: Buyer authenticates the order (phone, text, email) PREMIUM package
Step 3: The Seller confirms the information about the Buyer.
Step 4: Buyer pays via bank transfer to the company account:

Step 5: The seller delivers the goods (with a handover record).
Step 6: The buyer receives the goods, signs the handover record or confirms receipt of the goods via phone, text message or e. Mail.
4. SHIPPING POLICY
Delivery and shipping process
VNCheck.com delivers nationwide. When receiving an order from the Buyer and after confirming the purchase information by phone, VNCheck.com will deliver the goods at the request of the customer:
- Keep the goods at the company and the Buyer will come directly to the company's headquarters to check and receive the goods.
- Delivery in Hanoi within 02 working days, delivery in the provinces 03 working days (transfer date calculated by post office or shipping unit).
5. WARRANTY POLICY
Warranty: According to the company's warranty policy, return or exchange of goods for stamps not of the right quality as committed to the principle contract, unusable stamps or used stamps.
6. POLICY OF EXCHANGE/RETURN AND REFUND
Return and Refund Policy
- Seller's error:
+ Time to return the product is 03 days: Free.
+ Time to return products from 04 to 28 days: minus 30% of the purchase price.
+ Time to return products from 29 to 60 days: deduct 50% of the purchase price.
+ Time to return products after 60 days: Every day, deduct 1% of the purchase price to the value of the order is exhausted.
- Buyer's error:
+ If the buyer cancels the order after placing the order, payment before delivery will be deducted 50% of the order value.
+ If the buyer returns the goods without the fault of the Seller after receiving the goods, signing the handover minutes and not using them, 75% of the order value will be deducted.
+ If the Buyer has used 01 product in the order, it will not be refunded.
Reason: The product after handover will be activated and labeled with the Buyer's name, so it is not valid for other third parties.
Terms of exchange and refund:
- Full box, sealed packaging according to the standards of the Seller's control.
- Still have promotional gifts (if any).
- In case of lack of the above conditions: charge fees as prescribed. In addition, NO additional fees will be charged.
